COVID-19

We have momentarily put a pause on our services as communities in the Tri-State Area and beyond overcome and recover from the novel coronavirus. Our best goes out to those most effected and we hope you find yourself safe and with your loved ones.

what we do

We bring you the authentic Argentine BBQ experience and serve
asado criollo – no typical way to cook meat.  We make sure family, friends and you enjoy the ritual that follows a set of customs rooted in the practices of the gauchos who once roamed the plains of Argentina.  An asado is more than a delicious meal –  it is an art form; a fixture of Argentine culture; a family tradition.  Indeed, what we provide is more than food; it's an homage to a feast that fosters bonds of everlasting friendship.

Cook

We provide on-premise, full-service catering. Everything we source is of the highest quality. Whether it be produce from local farms or grass-fed beef primed by Argentine influenced butchers, we only use premium ingredients.

Cater

A tenet of Argentine culture is to enjoy your company without a worry in the world.  Our serving staff will ensure this, so that all you need to be concerned with is how much room you have for whats left on the grill.

clean

Following the meal, you’ll find the kitchen and other work areas spotless making sure you stay care-free even after we've walked out the door. Your only concern will be if those favorite jeans of yours will fit in the morning.

How we Started

"The concept of Argentiana was born out of table talk during a family asado.
Asados were a fixture of my childhood and as an immigrant I continued the tradition with my children. They grew to understand that an Argentine asado was not just an opportunity to gorge on steak, but an occasion to share and enjoy friendship and food.
We now are bringing this tradition to you."
